Product Manager / Business Analyst – ERPJob Description
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
Strong functional understanding of ERP modules, including procurement, inventory, finance, master data, and approval workflows.
Hands-on understanding of the complete procurement process, including PR, RFQ, PO, GRN, invoice, payment request, and vendor management.
Experience with approval matrices, budget controls, document statuses and numbering, and audit trails.
Ability to create PRDs, BRDs, user flows, business process diagrams, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
Ability to communicate effectively with procurement, finance, accounting, warehouse, and management teams.
Understanding of enterprise requirements such as user permissions, reports, exports, audit, compliance, and traceability.
