🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands hiring needs, and can manage end-to-end recruitment efficiently.
You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
🛠 Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling and closing positions
Use job portals, social platforms, and internal databases to find relevant candidates
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate MIS and recruitment dashboards
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Understand job descriptions and hiring needs across departments
Handle onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Support HR activities as needed
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple open positions at once
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques
Good organisational and time-management skills
Positive attitude and a people-first approach
