Job Description : Graphic Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (UI/UX) to join our IT/Digital team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong visual eye, an understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate ideas into clean, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
· Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
· Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and visual consistency across digital products.
· Translate concepts and business requirements into creative, functional, and user-friendly designs.
· Collaborate closely with IT, product, development, marketing, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
· Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, typography, and design standards across touchpoints.
· Create engaging visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and communication materials.
· Stay updated with evolving UI/UX, graphic design, digital design, and visual communication trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Around 2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a combination of both.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, including wireframing and prototyping.
Good command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, layouts, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create compelling visual designs and demonstrate strong visual storytelling.
A good understanding of design systems and component-based UI design.
What We’re Looking For
· Someone who doesn't just make things look good, but understands why a design works.
· You should be comfortable moving between brand visuals, marketing creatives, wireframes, UI screens, and prototypes, while maintaining a consistent visual language and user experience.
