🔍 Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Work primarily on a single large-scale banking project involving multiple data pipelines, with a strong focus on API integrations and data flow analysis
Engage mainly on the banking/business domain side (not operational execution), translating regulatory and business needs into functional documentation and stakeholder-ready artifacts
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar
Experience in data-driven or technology-focused projects is a plus
📍 Location: Mumbai candidates preferred or those willing to relocate
