About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally creative Associate Gen AI Creator who understands both filmmaking and emerging AI technologies.
This is not just a prompt writing role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a filmmaker, solves problems like a creative technologist, and uses AI as a tool to bring ambitious visual ideas to life.
The ideal candidate understands storytelling, cinematography, composition, pacing, visual language, and production workflows, and knows how to translate those principles into high-quality AI-generated content.

What You'll Do:
Create high-quality AI-generated visual content for commercials, branded films, social content, entertainment projects, and experimental media.
Translate creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and concepts into compelling AI-generated visuals and sequences.
Apply filmmaking principles such as shot design, camera language, composition, lighting, lensing, movement, continuity, and visual storytelling to AI-generated content.
Develop innovative workflows that combine multiple AI tools, traditional production techniques, and post-production processes.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Editors, and Producers to achieve creative objectives.
Solve complex creative and technical challenges throughout the AI content generation process.
Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools, techniques, and workflows.
Optimize prompts, image generation pipelines, video generation workflows, and asset creation processes.
Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions throughout project development.
What We're Looking For
Filmmaking & Storytelling
2+ years of experience in filmmaking, content creation, advertising, production, creative technology, or related fields.
Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual language.
Knowledge of cinematography, camera movement, composition, framing, lens choices, lighting, editing, and narrative structure.
Ability to think beyond individual images and create cinematic visual sequences and stories.
Generative AI Expertise
Hands-on experience with multiple Generative AI tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, image generation, video generation, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
Ability to combine multiple tools and techniques to achieve production-ready results.
Strong understanding of AI limitations and the ability to creatively overcome them.
Creative Problem Solving
Highly resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to troubleshoot visual, technical, and creative challenges independently.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where experimentation is encouraged.
Can find innovative ways to achieve ambitious creative goals, even under constraints.
Technical Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite
Additional experience with editing, compositing, VFX, motion graphics, or animation is a strong advantage.
