Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist performs the following duties and responsibilities:
utilization of specified machine learning and deep learning models;
lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and researchers to deliver impactful AI projects;
foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging the team to explore new methodologies and technologies;
oversee the development and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms;
conduct exploratory data analysis and model evaluation to direct research efforts;
author and contribute to research publications, presenting findings at conferences and workshops;
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions with domain-specific knowledge;
communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively;
partner with external organizations, universities, or consortia to drive collaborative research projects;
stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating relevant technologies and methodologies;
put machine learning and deep algorithms into practice;
provide reports about model performances;
transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques;
contribute to the preparation of proposals and applications to external bodies, e.g. for funding and accreditation purposes;
promote and market the work of the Institute in the subject area both nationally and internationally;
participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;
Preferably PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine learning or equivalent.
Priority specializations:
- Computer Science;
- Artificial Intelligence;
- Mathematics;
- Robotics or equivalent.
No less than 5 years of professional experience.
