Storyline Devloper
Location: Pune – Bavdhan | Full-time | Onsite
Experience: 1–4 Years
Multiversity is looking for an Articulate Storyline Developer with hands-on experience in developing engaging, interactive and learner-centric eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
Key Responsibilties:
Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, including clickable interactions, scenarios, branching, assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks and text-entry activities.
Create software simulations and guided learning experiences with effective learner-driven navigation.
Integrate audio, video, images and other multimedia assets into Storyline projects.
Develop courses suitable for different screen sizes/devices and implement localization and multilingual versions.
Publish, test and troubleshoot courses for SCORM, xAPI and LMS compatibility across browsers and devices.
Perform quality assurance testing and ensure courses function accurately and consistently.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts and project stakeholders to deliver eLearning solutions.
Maintain project documentation and version control for Storyline files.
Required Skills:
1–4 years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360
Strong knowledge of eLearning content development methodologies
Experience with interactive and clickable learning elements, text-entry activities and assessments
Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing standards
Experience in localization and multilingual eLearning development
Proficiency in MS Office
Good English communication skills, particularly reading and writing
Additional Skills:
Candidates with the following will have an advantage:
Understanding of Instructional Design principles
Basic graphic editing skills
Knowledge of eLearning accessibility standards
Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools
Experience in eLearning testing and QA

Ability to complete tasks within defined timelines
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
