We are looking for a React Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience to develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, API integration, Git, and modern frontend development practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Build reusable and maintainable React components.
Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional applications.
Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend developers.
Implement state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API.
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Debug and resolve development and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Work with Git-based development workflows, including branching, commits, pull requests, merging, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Must-Have Skills
3–4 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong understanding of React Hooks, Components, Props, State, and Lifecycle.
Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API.
Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of JSON, HTTP, authentication, and API error handling.
Strong hands-on experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
Experience with GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.
Knowledge of Git commands such as clone, branch, checkout/switch, commit, pull, push, merge, rebase, stash, and resolving merge conflicts.
Experience creating and managing Pull Requests (PRs) and participating in code reviews.
Good understanding of responsive web design.
Work Time - Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6.30pm)
