MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are looking for an ambitious, entry-level Mechanical Engineer with a genuine passion for mechanical design and hands-on product development. If you have been building, designing, and prototyping things for years and want to turn that drive into a career, this is the role for you. You will take mechanical concepts from early-stage CAD design all the way through physical prototype fabrication and production-ready components.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design: Create precise 3D CAD models and production drawings for custom mechanical components and assemblies.
Prototyping & Fabrication: Operate 3D printers, CNC equipment, and multi-axis milling machines to fabricate, iterate, and test physical prototypes.
Hardware Testing: Execute hands-on functional, fit, and stress testing on prototypes to validate design performance.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with software, electrical, and manufacturing teams to bring complete integrated products to life.
Process Documentation: Maintain detailed engineering documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and revision tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply).
Core Drive: Demonstrated natural interest in product design, backed by a portfolio of personal, academic, or hobbyist projects developed over the years.
CAD Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating detailed models using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo.
Rapid Prototyping Skills: Strong practical knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS) and materials.
Machining Knowledge: Solid understanding of CNC G-code/M-code machine languages and practical experience (or familiar background) operating 3- to 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Experience or specialized coursework in mechanical component design for the aerospace or automotive industries. Aviation or Drone knowledge is a big plus..
