Role Description
● Product Configurations: Configure and set up the product basis the customers’ requirements.
● Manage Customers: Take charge of managing/supporting customers assigned.
● Product Knowledge: Educate themselves on the different product offerings and capabilities.
● Salesforce Knowledge: Actively keep improving on their Salesforce knowledge and apply it for their deliverables.
● Issue Debugging: Understand the issue and provide the best possible solution.
● Coordination: Help coordinate between various internal teams and customers. Candidate Requirements: ● Education Qualifications: A degree in IT/Computer Science.
● Previous Salesforce Experience: Fresher position into Salesforce.
● Communication Skills: Requires strong, confident, english communication skills, good at building and maintaining relationships.
● Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
● Would help if they are Organized, Methodical and great at follow-ups.
● Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce Certifications are advantageous.
