IT Manager - Infrastructure

Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to manage basic IT infrastructure, networking, Wi-Fi, and electronic security systems across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices, IP addressing, VLAN, DHCP, and connectivity issues.
Manage CCTV, NVR/DVR, cameras, and surveillance systems.
Manage biometric attendance, access-control systems, and turnstile/flap barriers.
Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IT and security systems.
Manage IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and AMC service providers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain IT asset records, network diagrams, CCTV/access-control documentation, and service reports.
Monitor system uptime and ensure preventive maintenance of critical infrastructure.
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Biometric & Access Control.
Working knowledge of Turnstile/Flap Barriers, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Good troubleshooting and vendor-management skills.
Ability to independently handle multiple locations and urgent technical issues.
Qualification
B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. IT or equivalent qualification. Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on IT professional with strong infrastructure and security-system knowledge, rather than a purely desktop-support profile.
