Human Resources Executive

Minus 30 is hiring an experienced Factory HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our factory in Chennai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for Production, QA/QC, Food Technologists and other factory positions
• Handle attendance, shifts, leave, overtime and HR documentation
• Manage blue-collar/workmen and staff-level employees
• Maintain HRMIS, employee records and personnel files
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate employee induction, training and development programs
• Ensure implementation of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR policies
• Support FSSAI, EHS, safety, hygiene and factory compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Stores, Maintenance, Logistics and other departments
• Monitor manpower requirements, recruitment and daily-wage manpower
• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment and training
• Conduct regular employee hygiene and grooming checks across the factory
• Support employee engagement, welfare activities and exit formalities
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in Factory / Plant HR Operations
• Experience handling blue-collar / workmen workforce
• Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, employee relations and statutory compliance
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & HRMS/HRMIS
• Strong documentation and record-management skills
• Ability to independently manage HR operations in a factory environment
🔹 Preferred Profile
✅ Experience in FMCG / Food Processing / Manufacturing / Food Industry
✅ Prior Factory / Plant HR experience
✅ Exposure to FSSAI and factory compliance
✅ Experience managing workmen / daily-wage employees
✅ Language skills: English + Tamil / Telugu / Hindi
