Technical Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in stakeholder management, technical solution design, API integrations, data engineering concepts, and cloud technologies.
This is a hands-on Technical Business Analyst role. We are not looking for Product Owners, Project Managers, or Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions and detailed requirements.
Drive stakeholder management across business, technology, infrastructure, and delivery teams.
Design and develop API integration solutions using REST, SOAP, and Flat File integrations.
Define API solution approaches including:
Parallel API calls
Case Management workflows
Data contract creation
Exception handling
Data structures and formats
Flat-file integrations
Analyze end-to-end data flows and create Source-to-Target Data Mapping.
Define requirements for ETL processes, data transformation, and integration.
Use SQL to analyze, validate, filter, and troubleshoot data.
Work on real-time and batch data processing requirements.
Define requirements and specifications for data reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams and provide clear technical/infrastructure requirements.
Work with Data Models, data structures, and other data-related concepts.
Design and support cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure.
Work with Graph Databases / Graph DB technologies.
Participate in solution discussions and provide a strong solution-design-oriented approach to business requirements.
Mandatory Technical Skills
12+ years of overall experience in Technical Business Analysis
