About the Role
Intech Developers is looking for a Civil Engineer to join our project team in Manipal, Karnataka. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team.
Assist with quantity checks, measurements, and site documentation.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports.
Coordinate site requirements related to materials, manpower, and execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality practices at the site.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering.
1–4 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good understanding of site execution and project coordination.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at the project site in Manipal, Karnataka.
