Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Civil Engineer will participate in the planning, design, and execution of civil works for residential and commercial projects, including site layout, structural elements, and utility coordination. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, estimating quantities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and monitoring construction activities for compliance with designs, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and quality delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or infrastructure projects, with hands-on exposure to site activities.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage design, including basic hydrology and related standards.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Proficiency with CAD tools and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office); familiarity with structural or drainage design tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work on-site full-time in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
