Position overview
We are hiring early-career Kenyan tech talent for our Tana Talent Pool. If your application is successful, you’ll be actively considered for full-time remote roles with our global partner companies as part of the Tana Fellowship Program.
The roles we most commonly hire for include:
Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Junior Technical Support Engineer
Junior Data Analyst
Junior Developer
AI Business Analyst
These roles are designed for recent graduates and early-career candidates who are serious about building global careers in technology.
If matched with a partner company, you’ll complete pre-deployment training and then join the company full-time. You’ll work remotely, be embedded into a real global team, and have the opportunity to unlock long-term employment based on strong performance.
Requirements
Kenyan citizen based in Kenya.
Completed university degree in STEM or a tech bootcamp program, or completed coursework and awaiting graduation.
0–2 years of experience in tech roles (including Internships or Attachments).
Strong technical foundation and interest in at least one of the roles above.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Reliable laptop, internet connection, stable power, phone, and home workspace.
