Technical Sales Manager

Do you have a background in industrial lubrication, rotating equipment, reliability, power generation, maintenance, or mechanical engineering?
BioKem Oil Services is seeking a Sales & Technical Manager to join our team as we prepare for the retirement of our long-serving Sales & Technical Manager, John Lagos, in December 2026.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving real-world industrial problems, building long-term customer relationships, and applying technical knowledge to help clients improve the reliability and performance of critical equipment.
At BioKem, we work with major industrial asset owners, power generators, contractors, OEMs, and maintenance organisations across Australia, providing specialist services in:
• Lubrication reliability
• Oil purification, filtration and dehydration
• Varnish mitigation and contamination control
• On-site oil flushing and remediation services
• Technical troubleshooting and oil analysis interpretation
The successful candidate will inherit an established customer base and have the opportunity to work alongside experienced technical personnel while developing and maintaining relationships across a diverse range of industries.
