Position: Peoplesoft Functional Lead - Human Capital Management Management ( HCM )
Experience: 7+
Location: Azim Premji Foundation, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
• Requirements & Design: Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and map processes to standard PeopleSoft functionality.
• Configuration: Oversee and execute application setups, configurations, and core module tables mapping.
• Documentation: Create functional design documents (FDDs), configurations and user training guides.
• Testing & Validation: Plan and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), build test scripts
• Team Leadership: The role acts as a primary bridge between business process owners and technical development team
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 7 + years of hands-on PeopleSoft functional consulting experience, including at least 1 full lifecycle implementation or major PUM upgrades.
• Module Expertise: Deep knowledge in HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll , Integration with PS Finance or Campus).
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, creating PS Queries, and understanding basic integration architecture (Integration Broker).
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication and team leadership capabilities.
