What you'll do
Be the quality gatekeeper, from incoming material to final handover
Test and approve construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, finishes) before they're used
Inspect every stage, from reinforcement and concreting to waterproofing and finishes, with the authority to stop work that isn't right
Run the site lab and keep quality records clean and complete
Lead pre-handover inspections so every homeowner gets a snag-free home
Train supervisors and contractors to build it right the first time

You'll fit if you have
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2–6 years of QA/QC or site experience on residential or building projects
Working knowledge of IS codes and site testing (cube tests, slump, sieve analysis)
The confidence to say "this isn't good enough," and the skill to get it fixed
