Role Description The Sales Consultant for MOCA’s Influencer Marketing Agency will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for influencer and performance marketing services. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting consultative sales discussions, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions tailored to clients’ marketing goals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to design influencer campaigns, tracking performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and CRM records. The Sales Consultant will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and help refine MOCA’s service offerings.
Responsibilities:
1) Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.
3) Understand client objectives, budget and concern, make proposal to client with suitable solutions.
4) Negotiate and close commercial contract with client.
5) Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
6) Ensure release of timely payments from the Clients
7) Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights.
8) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Influencer Marketing Agency.
2) Strong network and connections with direct advertisers and brands.
3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4) Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5) Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
6) In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
7) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
