a renowned interior design firm based at South Delhi, is seeking a highly skilled Sr.Interior Designer with a focus on design to join our talented team.
Experience- 5-8 years in commercial and residential projects both
Salary- Upto 10-12LPA
Exp of Residential and commercial projects is must.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conceptualizing and executing interior design concepts for a diverse range of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for various projects, including space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision, translating concepts into compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.
Utilize design Interior softwares to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes, materials and finishes to bring designs to life.
Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality.
Required Skills & Competencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on interior design and visualization.
Proficiency in design softwares with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings, renderings and presentations.
Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
