Key responsibilities include:
Plan and allocate vehicles according to daily requirements.
Assign vehicles to drivers and designated routes.
Ensure vehicles report at the pickup/dispatch point on time.
Track vehicle movement and placement status.
Coordinate with drivers regarding reporting time and location.
Arrange replacement vehicles in case of breakdown or absence.
Maintain vehicle placement and trip records.
Coordinate with clients/customers regarding vehicle requirements.
Monitor delays, cancellations, and route changes.
Ensure vehicles are available as per the scheduled duty plan.
Prepare daily vehicle placement reports for management.
