About the role:
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, this role will play a key role in supporting and managing Workday operations globally. The focus of this position will be on HRIS operations, employee data management, and maintaining system integrity within Workday, ensuring alignment with global/regional compliance and business processes. This role requires expertise in data management and reporting, and in ensuring the efficient operation of Workday functionalities.

Provide day-to-day operational support for Workday globally, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of employee data in alignment with regional compliance requirements and SLA commitments.
Manage HR data administration tasks, including data entry, updates, and routine data quality reviews to maintain integrity within Workday.
Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational queries and issues related to Workday, escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams where required.
Develop a strong working knowledge of Workday functional areas to effectively support operational processes and troubleshoot day-to-day issues promptly and accurately.
Act as a subject matter expert on Workday operational processes, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on data management, reporting, and HRIS operational procedures.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HRIS operational processes and collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements within existing operational frameworks.
Execute data mass uploads and manage bulk data transactions using Workday's Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit compliance.
Generate, maintain, and distribute standard and ad-hoc Workday reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
Support HR operational cycles — including performance reviews, compensation planning, and open enrolment — by executing assigned operational tasks within Workday.
The scope of this role covers HRIS operations, data stewardship, and reporting within Workday's established configuration. System design, business process configuration, and tenant administration sit outside this role's remit.
Qualifications:
4 – 7 years of hands-on operational experience in Workday, with working knowledge across at least 2 of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Reporting & Analytics.
Demonstrated experience in day-to-day HRIS operations, HR data administration, and maintaining data quality within Workday.
Proficiency in using Workday’s Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB) for executing data mass uploads and bulk data management; experience in creating and maintaining Workday reports, including advanced and matrix report types.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve operational data issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data responsibly.
Good working knowledge of Workday’s data model and operational workflows; experience with Workday system configuration or security administration is not required for this role.
