Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer based in Gadarpur. The engineer will perform routine inspections of materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting quality audits, analyzing nonconformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams. The role involves maintaining quality documentation, preparing inspection and test reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing processes. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality management systems, reduce defects, and enhance overall product reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Inspection skills to evaluate materials, processes, and finished goods.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to develop procedures, standards, and process controls.
Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to plan and conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with established systems.
Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, preferably in coatings, surface treatment, or related fields.
Knowledge of statistical quality tools, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) methodologies.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards; familiarity with ISO or similar quality frameworks is an advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gadarpur.
Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, production, industrial, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience in quality functions.
