Finance & Accounts Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to manage financial accounting, compliance, costing, reporting and commercial finance activities while supporting profitability and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial accounting, Balance Sheet, P&L and financial reporting.
Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and annual filings.
Coordinate with statutory auditors and government authorities.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Handle product costing, BOM costing and raw-material cost analysis.
Perform manufacturing cost analysis, cost-centre allocation and standard vs. actual cost variance analysis.
Prepare monthly MIS, customer-wise/product-wise profitability and gross-margin analysis.
Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and slow/non-moving inventory analysis.
Support commercial teams with RFQ costing and pricing analysis.
Provide financial insights to improve cost control, profitability and overall business performance.
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in Finance, Accounts and Cost Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One / SAP / similar ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.
