About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and well-organized Marketing Intern – PR & Influencer Coordination to join our marketing team for a 3 month internship.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, social media, content creation, and fashion. This role will provide hands-on exposure to influencer and celebrity collaborations, PR activities, social media campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with influencer outreach and coordination for brand collaborations, including follow-ups with creators and talent managers.
Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and celebrities based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
Build and maintain updated influencer and celebrity databases, including contact details, profiles, commercials, and other relevant information.
Support celebrity sourcing for campaigns, events, shoots, and other brand activities.
Coordinate with influencers, creators, and talent representatives regarding availability, commercials, deliverables, timelines, and content requirements.
Track campaign activities and follow up to ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
Research trending Reels, content formats, hooks, and creative concepts relevant to the brand and its target audience.
Assist in developing content ideas, references, and briefs for influencer collaborations, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaign requirements.
Maintain campaign trackers, outreach reports, and coordination records.
Stay updated on fashion, social media, influencer, celebrity, PR, and digital marketing trends.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PR, or Influencer Marketing certifications or coursework will be preferred.

Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends.

A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Comfortable communicating and coordinating with external partners, creators, and talent representatives.
