About the client

What you'll own
Lead the overall market strategy formulation and execution for the assigned region, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and market share.
Conduct regional market research and competitor analysis, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including both online and offline activities; evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
Build and maintain regional channel resources, partnerships, and key customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams including Branding, BD and Growth to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are achieved.
Regularly prepare regional market data and performance reports to support business decision-making.
Manage and develop the team, improving overall execution capabilities and business performance.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or above; preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
3+ years of Web 3/Crypto marketing experience, with proven regional market management experience preferred.
Familiarity with the APAC market environment and channel development models, with proven successful cases.
Strong strategic planning, project management, and data analysis capabilities.
Team management experience and a strong results-oriented mindset.
