This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Global Compensation based in United States.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and evolve global compensation strategy across a large, geographically distributed workforce.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for compensation, advising executives and business leaders on programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and pay equity.
The role spans salary structures, incentives, equity, benchmarking, job architecture, performance cycles, cost modeling, and M&A.
You will combine deep analytical expertise with AI-enabled tools to modernize compensation design, modeling, reporting, and decision-making.
Working cross-functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Finance, and Legal teams, you will translate complex data and regulations into practical programs.
You will also lead a lean global compensation team while strengthening transparency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
This remote role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on compensation leader who enjoys challenging established approaches and building scalable solutions.
