Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) based in the United States.
This senior procurement role will lead global cost strategy and savings initiatives across assigned hard-home categories.
You’ll shape commercial strategies that balance exceptional product quality, competitive pricing, supply continuity, and sustainability considerations.
The role combines strategic procurement leadership with hands-on expertise in commodity costing, clean-sheet analysis, RFPs, manufacturing efficiency, and upstream sourcing.
You’ll work directly with international manufacturing partners, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and cross-functional teams across merchandising, materials, production, and technology.
A major focus will be creating transparent cost structures and delivering meaningful product-cost reductions while building scalable procurement processes.
You’ll also explore innovative value-creation opportunities, including supply-chain verticalization, volume consolidation, and commodity strategies.
