Role Description The MEP Project Engineer role at BCM Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves planning, designing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings and specifications, overseeing installation and commissioning, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The MEP Project Engineer will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to manage project timelines, quality, and cost. The role also includes site inspections, progress reporting, and support in procurement and contractor coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems for real estate projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Engineering related to building services and HVAC systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing design and implementation for residential and commercial developments.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in MEP design and execution for real estate or construction projects, preferably in residential and commercial buildings.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and building codes; proficiency in relevant design and project management software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
