Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for brand identities, campaigns, digital assets, and print materials that align with client strategies and creative direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos, brand guidelines, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and presentation materials etc, while ensuring consistency across all touch points. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, art directors, copywriters, and production teams, preparing files for print and digital output, and iterating designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also stay up to date with design trends, contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, and maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, compelling visual solutions.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand systems.
Proficiency in Typography, with a solid understanding of hierarchy, legibility, and type pairing.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Proven portfolio showcasing brand identities, digital and print design, and campaign work.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in motion graphics, UI design, or packaging design, copywriting, video editing is a plus.
