Role Description The Plant Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Pali, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This role includes monitoring production activities, coordinating workflows, and supervising plant staff to maintain quality standards and adherence to operating procedures. The Plant Supervisor will plan and oversee preventive and routine maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure equipment is functioning optimally. The role also involves training team members on processes and safety, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing reports on plant performance, resource use, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and shift coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Plant Operations to manage production processes, quality control, and workflow optimization.
Candidates should possess Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Candidates should possess Training skills to develop staff capabilities, reinforce safety practices, and support process adherence.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in cable, wire, or similar manufacturing environments is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with safety and compliance standards are advantageous.
