Job Description:
• Core Business Finance including tracking monthly entity and business level profitability, building annual operating plan and scenario modelling, detailed data deep dive to bring out business insights
• Develop, consolidate, and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances
• Participate in and support ad-hoc special projects such as identifying Cost optimization opportunities, Business Valuations, Equity Fund Raise, Investor Relations etc
• Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders, including senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including the functional Finance department, and lines of business teams.
• Create, maintain, and review financial models and analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc
Candidate Profile:
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel & excellent numerical ability
• Strategic & analytical thinking, problem solving ability, and stakeholder management
• Strong Oral and written communication skills
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience Required:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis/ Business Finance
• Experience in Lending/NBFC space required
