Role Description The Oracle Fusion Data Governance Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves designing and delivering training programs on Oracle Fusion data governance concepts, tools, and best practices to diverse user groups, including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical staff. The trainer will develop course materials, training guides, and practical exercises that cover data standards, data quality processes, and data integration within Oracle Fusion applications. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs; assessing learner progress; providing post-training support; and collaborating with internal teams to align training content with business processes and system updates. The role also includes gathering feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and supporting change management activities related to data governance initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map processes to Oracle Fusion data governance practices.
Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and delivering structured training or advisory services.
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications, with familiarity in data structures, security, and configuration.
Exposure to Integration concepts within Oracle environments, including data flows between modules and external systems.
Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably in ERP or data governance domains, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training content for different audiences and skill levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.

Candidate Requirements
12+ years of overall Oracle experience – Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong experience in Oracle EDM / Enterprise Data Management
Practical experience with Data Governance / Master Data Management
Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or EPM integration
Experience in enterprise data governance implementation
Strong understanding of metadata, hierarchies and master data
Ability to conduct hands-on corporate training
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Previous training/consulting experience preferred
Oracle certifications are an advantage
