Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
BelTech Solutions is looking for a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to help businesses analyze their processes and implement effective ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather requirements.
Translate business needs into ERP functional requirements.
Configure and implement Odoo/ERPNext solutions.
Prepare workflows, documentation, and functional specifications.
Work with developers to deliver custom features and integrations.
Conduct testing, user training, and implementation support.
Communicate with clients and provide functional guidance.
Requirements
Experience with Odoo, ERPNext, or other ERP systems.
Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, HR, or related business operations.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with both clients and technical teams.
Location: Addis Ababa / Onsite
