Job Description – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall operations of the company. The CEO will drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and innovation while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The role includes managing manufacturing, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and people to achieve the organization's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's business strategy to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and quality functions.
Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other applicable food safety standards.
Strengthen customer, supplier, investor, and stakeholder relationships.
Lead new product development, market expansion, and business transformation initiatives.
Build a high-performance leadership team and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics while ensuring effective corporate governance.
Should have taken company to turnover above 100 crs. With atleast 50% business coming from modern trade, ecom and quick com.
Experience
18–25 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
At least 8 years in a senior leadership role with proven P&L responsibility and business growth experience.
