About the Role:
Structured as a Pre-MBA Internship in Strategy, the role is designed for sharp early-career talent preparing for a top-tier MBA, offering direct exposure to CEO across two interlocking mandates: strategy & analytics, and PMO of CEO priority projects.
Fixed tenure: 12 months. Strong performers will receive MBA application support - recommendations and access to the Croma network.
What You Will Do:
Strategy & Analytics (~70%): Build dashboards and review packs tracking key business metrics; conduct deep-dive analyses on process metrics; conduct structured benchmarking and sizing
Drive Transformation on Priority Projects (~30%): Own program management of high priority cross-functional initiatives – spanning across growth, profitability, transformation, and customer experience; define charters, milestones, RACI, and review cadences; track execution, flag slippages, and unblock dependencies across various functions
What are we Looking For:
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Maths, or related)
Strong first principles thinking, structured problem solving
Working knowledge of Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Excellent communication skills
High ownership and intent to learn
Mandatory: Valid GMAT or GRE score reflecting intent to pursue a top-tier MBA post-engagement. Applications without a GMAT/GRE score will not be considered
