We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to contribute to an advanced AI-driven banking digital marketing project. The role involves developing intelligent AI solutions, multi-agent systems, Generative AI applications, NLP/ML models, and cloud-based solutions.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and major ML libraries
Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agentic system development
Experience with AEM
Experience with open-source Generative AI LLMs and Gemini
Working knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP & Deep Learning
Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks and transformers
Experience with Generative AI, including:
GANs
Text generation
Text-to-image generation
LLM-based applications
Strong data wrangling and manipulation skills
SQL, data cleaning and feature engineering
Hands-on GCP experience

On-premise and cloud development experience
CI/CD experience
Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production environments
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement advanced AI solutions for complex business problems
Build and integrate multi-agent AI systems
Collaborate with engineers, researchers and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Prepare, clean and transform datasets for AI/ML model development
Implement advanced NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Generative AI techniques
Evaluate AI architectures, models and hyperparameters
Optimize model performance and address potential bias and responsible AI considerations
Develop scalable AI solutions using GCP
