About the Role
A senior individual contributor role within a Corporate FP&A team, focused on enterprise operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. The role combines financial analysis, business partnership, process ownership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly FP&A and financial analysis, validating results, assumptions and reconciliations.
Own annual operating expense planning and forecasting, including allocations and financial drivers.
Develop expertise across enterprise financials, data models and complex consolidations.
Lead complex financial initiatives and coordinate multiple workstreams.
Partner with stakeholders and influence financial decisions without direct authority.
Improve FP&A processes, reporting quality and efficiency.
Prepare executive-level financial analysis, presentations and recommendations.
Support strong analytical and financial standards across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting or related analysis.
Strong financial and accounting knowledge with the ability to evaluate results and identify issues.
Experience leading complex financial processes and multiple workstreams.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Financial services or insurance experience preferred.
CPA/CFA and experience with Workday, Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion or similar platforms are advantageous.
Ability to work within Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zones preferred.
Strong ownership, critical thinking, curiosity and collaboration.
