Key roles & responsibilities
Assembling of sensors with rail claw and plate as per manufacturing instruction
Installation of sensors at site
Strict adherence to the quality process and documentation
Assembly of mechanical parts as per the requirement sheet
Testing of boards as per the manufacturing instruction
Inspection of conformal coating as per the specification and requirements
Basic operating principle of temperature and burn in test chambers
Handling knowledge of active and passive components in PCB
Soldering of boards as per the requirement sheet and standards
Wiring of axle counter racks, relay racks, reset cubicles, co-operative reset panel according to interface circuit.
Installation of axle counting systems at sites
Plan the activities related to assignments in advance so that the planned activities are executed on time
Reporting of activities, issues and problems related to work execution to higher ups so that progress is up to date with the higher ups and problems are solved immediately.
Production reporting through ERP
Supporting to RDSO inspection
