ClinicTech is building an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to reduce clinical admin and help clinicians stay focused on patient care.
We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer / Associate to own test strategy, automation, and release quality across our APIs, microservices, and web applications. You’ll work closely with product, clinical, engineering, and leadership teams, taking both a red-team and blue-team approach: finding ways the system can fail, then building the safeguards that prevent those failures from reaching production.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Own end-to-end test plans across our AI-powered healthcare platform and documentation.
• Define release criteria and quality gates before functionality reaches clinics.
• Maintain regression coverage and contribute to monthly quality and product-health reporting.
• Build and maintain automated tests for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions before merge and release.
• Red team AI workflows for unsafe or incorrect outputs, hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, and edge cases.
• Blue team AI systems by developing evals, guardrails, and monitoring to detect and prevent failures in production.
• Find, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Provide weekly quality reporting focused on insights and risk, not just bug counts.
• Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to embed quality and safety from the start and champion continuous improvement.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• 3+ years of hands-on software QA experience, with test automation at the core.
• Demonstrated QA results, including measurable coverage, defect-escape, and release-quality outcomes.
• Working knowledge of both red-team and blue-team testing approaches.
• Strong API and web application testing experience.
• Experience with automation/testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear test documentation and bug reports for a clinical-grade product.
• Self-directed and proven in remote work, with proactive communication.
𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗱
• B2B SaaS, healthcare, or medtech testing experience.
• Experience testing AI/LLM-based systems, evals, or prompt-driven workflows.
• Security or penetration-testing exposure and familiarity with red-team tooling.
• Experience testing AWS environments, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Awareness of SOC 2, healthcare privacy, or clinical safety standards.
• Performance and load-testing experience.

Quality in healthcare software can directly affect real patient care. This role is for someone who takes ownership of release quality, automates repeatable testing, thinks like both an attacker and a defender, identifies risks early, and is comfortable challenging weak specifications professionally.
You’ll help ensure ClinicTech’s AI healthcare platform is reliable, safe, and ready for clinicians and patients before every release.
