With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive (English with Turkish) who thrives under pressure, thinks fast, and closes deals. What You'll Do:
Drive end-to-end sales in the medical transport and aviation space
Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations
Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure
Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships
Represent Vendana with confidence across global markets
Take ownership of results while working hand-in-hand with our international team
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with C2-level proficiency in both English and Turkish
A resilient, fast-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, and persuasive
Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset with flexibility for occasional scheduled weekend work
Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical is a plus, but not required)
