Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sikandarabad (U.P). The Team Leader oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, including planning, assigning, and monitoring tasks to ensure timely handling of goods and accurate documentation. This role coordinates with cross-functional teams, including transport, customer service, and inventory control, to maintain smooth end-to-end processes and resolve operational issues promptly. The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, providing guidance and feedback, supporting training, and fostering a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
Experience leading operational teams in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments, with the ability to delegate tasks and supervise day-to-day activities.
Strong planning and organizational skills, including workload management, shift planning, and coordination of resources to meet operational targets.
Ability to monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Clear and professional communication skills for collaboration with team members, cross-functional partners, and customers, including conflict resolution and feedback delivery.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards, with knowledge of basic warehouse procedures and documentation practices.
Comfort with using warehouse management systems and standard office tools; ability to learn new digital tools and follow standard operating procedures.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
