Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating designs from concept through execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and consultants, creating 2D/3D design presentations, and ensuring that designs comply with local codes, regulations, and project requirements. The role involves overseeing aspects of project planning and documentation, supporting site coordination, and communicating design intent clearly to clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The Architect will also contribute to improving studio workflows and integrating relevant digital tools into the design process.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
Experience with Integration of design elements, systems, and materials to create cohesive, practical built environments.
Understanding of Software Development principles or exposure to design-related digital tools and platforms that support architectural workflows.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with relevant professional experience in design studios or practices.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Jaipur or similar contexts.
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take responsibility for design quality and project outcomes.
