Performance Marketing Manager

We're hiring: Performance Marketer (in-house) at Elayers By Maya 💎
Elayers By Maya (Elegante Layers) is a D2C jewellery brand, founded in 2021, that sells mainly through our own website. We're building for our next stage of growth and looking for someone to own it with us.
The role
You'll run our paid growth end to end. This means more than managing an ad account. It means knowing why numbers moved and what to change next.
What you'll do
Plan, launch and optimise Meta ads (Advantage+, catalog/DPA, retargeting), plus Google ads where it makes sense
Read the data every day and turn it into weekly creative briefs for our in-house content creator and designer
Run a steady testing plan for new hooks, formats and angles every week
Improve what happens after the click: landing pages, checkout completion, abandoned-cart recovery
Track and report blended ROAS, cost per purchase and conversion rates, with clear reasons behind the numbers
Plan festive and sale campaigns (Diwali, wedding season, B1G2 offers)
You'll fit well if you have
5+ years in performance marketing for a D2C brand, ideally fashion, jewellery or beauty
Hands-on Meta Ads experience post-Andromeda, with a strong sense of which creatives work
Comfort with Shopify, Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4 and spreadsheets
An owner's mindset. You care about profit, not just ROAS screenshots.
