Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International E-commerce Voice Process in Kolkata. Freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates should have no planned leave requirements for the next 90 days
Work Schedule
5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
Rotational shifts
Shift window: 4:00 PM to 10:30 AM
Majorly evening, night, and graveyard shifts
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹27,100 per month
Take-home: Approximately ₹22,300 per month
Statutory Bonus: ₹2,800
