Primary Purpose
Oversee the development and performance of Wabtec Inspection Technologies sales activities in the assigned market. Lead and develop the Sales team, providing guidance to achieve order and sales growth aligned with the Company's vision and values. Develop plans and strategies to manage and expand the customer base in the territories/markets, contributing to the overall business growth.

What will your typical day look like?
Sales - Maximize the team's orders, sales growth, and gross margin contribution. Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities and initiatives.
Budget Management - Responsible for the input and effective management of the P&L for the defined product portfolio, encompassing net margin, stock management, and expenses.
Leadership - Provide leadership and development to team members to help them reach their full potential in line with People Leader expectations. Coach and manage individual performance as needed, addressing high-conflict situations while ensuring business needs are met and consistently upholding the Company's values.
DECISION-MAKING ACCOUNTABILITY
The position is accountable for all decision-making related to ANZ’s sales operations within Wabtec Inspection Technologies Sales.

Continuous Improvement: Identifies areas for improvement and provides constructive suggestions for change.
Tertiary qualifications in business/engineering or a science-related discipline highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industry.
Experience in sales management and leading a diverse team of salespeople.
