Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Web Developer role.
The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support Spirezen’s ERP solutions and related services. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end functionality, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
The role also involves collaborating with product, consulting, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving site performance, and maintaining high standards of security and usability.
The Web Developer will participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern frameworks and languages.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including responsive design and user-friendly interface implementation.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side logic, API integration, and database management.
Relevant experience with version control systems, testing/debugging tools, and deployment workflows is beneficial.
A background in building business or SaaS applications, especially in ERP or related domains, is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving ability, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote, part-time setting are required.
A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
