Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to work directly with US clients,
understand their business processes, and turn them into clear requirements for the design
and development teams. The role works closely with the Tech Lead and Lead Designer and
is responsible for taking features from requirement gathering through to client sign-off. The
right candidate speaks and writes excellent English, takes full ownership of their work,
communicates confidently with US clients, thinks outside the box, and uses AI tools to find
faster and smarter ways to get work done. They are expected to grow and lead a team of
analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops and meetings with US-based
clients.
Document client business processes (as-is and to-be) and identify gaps and
improvement areas.
Create personas, user journey maps and process flow diagrams.
Develop a complete understanding of the product and its workflows end to end.
Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintain the product backlog.
Work closely with the Tech Lead on sprint planning, prioritization and delivery timelines.
Work closely with the Lead Designer on user flows and wireframes.
Manage scope and change requests, and communicate their impact on timelines and
cost.
Prepare meeting minutes and share them with stakeholders within 24 hours.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) before features are delivered to the client.
Support the preparation of proposals, estimates and statements of work (SOW)Follow up on blockers and action items and drive them to closure.
Use AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation and prototyping, and share better
ways of working with the team.
Mentor and eventually lead junior business analysts.
Requirements:
Excellent, fluent spoken and written English is essential. You will lead calls with US
clients daily and must communicate clearly and confidently. An American or neutral
accent is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Analyst in a
software company.
Proven experience working directly with US or international clients.
Strong experience with requirement documentation: BRD, user stories, process flows,
personas and journey maps.
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.
Strong hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Design
in day-to-day work, for example turning call recordings into requirements, drafting user
stories and personas, analyzing data and building quick prototypes. Candidates will be
asked to demonstrate this.
Out-of-the-box thinker who looks for new ways to solve problems and improve how
work gets done, rather than following the usual process.
Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
Open to feedback and quick to act on it.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma and Claude Design.
Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
Experience with SaaS or workforce management products is a plus.

Salary: PKR 280,000 to 450,000 per month, based on experience
