Qualifications & Requirements
Valid UAE driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in the UAE.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and local routes.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Good time management, punctuality, and organizational skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service orientation.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport hotel Team Members, guests, and authorized personnel as per approved schedules and requests.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of Team Members according to the assigned transportation schedule.
Provide transportation for hotel-related errands, official requirements, and other authorized duties.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and maintained in good working condition.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly.
Monitor vehicle servicing, registration, insurance, and other relevant documentation to ensure validity.
Follow all UAE traffic laws, hotel transportation policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules.
Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle breakdowns, or other incidents immediately to the concerned supervisor.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transportation.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage, supplies, or other hotel-related items when required.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct while performing hotel duties.
Perform any additional transportation-related duties assigned by the management.
